Product owner: an exciting job to offer the best experience to users

I pass a literary baccalaureate, I studi archaeology, then I obtain a degree in modern literature. After discovering the world of communication, I validat a L3 in this field. Unfortunately, the internship I had obtain in public communication was cancel due to covid. I then wonder how I could enhance my geek profile, attract by digital, in particular the business aspect, but not knowing how to code.

In Lille, I found the MBADMB training that combin my two passions: digital and business. I join EFAP on the common core in the 4th year before following the Specializ MBA Digital Marketing & Business the following year.

What l you to become a product owner?

For my final internship in 5th year, I appli to Lalalab. My experience went very well and I was able to convert the test: I have now been a PO with them for almost 2 years.

Can you explain to us what your role consists of and what are your main missions as a product owner?
It is important to know that the notion of product owner and product manager can vary from company to company, depending on the organization, with missions that will depend on it. In the literal sense of the term, the product owner works in an Agile structure and follows the principles of the Scrum method to design and develop products in the form of iterations.

When I am entrust with a project, my objective is to make it technically developable until its delivery .

In addition to this role

I also have missions relat to product management. Concretely, I manage the roadmap the first thing is to ruce and the discovery part , which consists of cmo email list collecting user nes, whether they are customers or business nes of the company, such as the marketing department.
