Why we are an ordinary company

The other day I watched a video of Kobe Bryant. In it he explained the advantage that waking up early had for him. In short: he got up at 3 in the morning when the rest of the NBA players got up at 8 in the morning. That 5-hour advantage allowed him to train twice as much per day as the rest. Over time he had accumulated such an exorbitant competitive advantage due to the cumulative effect that he was far above the rest.

And that’s why we are an ordinary company.

Things are going well, but if they are going well for us, then maybe for the rest of us too. We are riding a wave that many sellers are taking at this time of year. In the end, you have to be very clumsy if you don’t sell at this time of year. Christmas is approaching. If you don’t sell at this time of year, this is definitely not for you.

The video got me thinking. Being a company saudi arabia whatsapp number data that is head and shoulders above the rest requires making sacrifices that are head and shoulders above the rest.

WhatsApp Data

Are we doing it?

Possibly not. We are not limited by our how to connect to a server via ssh possibilities, but by our minimum standards for ourselves. How many sacrifices are we willing to make?

Do we always respect all assignment delivery dates?

Do we perform all tasks with an above-average level of excellence?

Do we work in an “unpleasant” mode because we go the extra mile?

Do we have the hunger to go further than others?

Our limitations as a company and team

I am the first one who has to set an example. If I answer usa data all those questions for myself I have to say that I am not always at the level of demand that requires going beyond the norm to stop being an average company. It is not enough to do it for a week or a month. It is a question of applying it as a mentality. It is a question of raising your minimum level of demand to a level that is above the level of excellence of the rest.

The good thing

I am clear that we have a ceiling here. I am not willing to sacrifice my family life or my mental health to be more successful. Just as I am not going to demand it from anyone on my team. We have the will to want to improve, to go for more. We have to learn what it means to move to the next level. We cannot relax on what we are achieving. If we reach 2,000 euros a day we have to think about 3,000, then move on to 5,000, then move on to 10,000, etc.
