Latest features announced by HubSpot

Meetings included in Customer Journey analytics
In our last product update , we talked about the new features available including Customer Journey Analytics. But now there’s a new feature that goes beyond identifying the impact of interactions from ads, websites, forms, and emails. You can now add information from the meetings tool to that list.

To do this, you have two types of metrics that you can measure:

Meetings Booked: Measures when a contact books a meeting (via the meetings link or manually registered).
Meeting Outcomes: Filter if a meeting is still scheduled, if the contact did not show up, etc.

2. New pop-up CTAs

HubSpot takes the CTA (call-to-action) design feature a step further. It finally offers us the possibility of designing customized templates for pop-up CTAs.

By creating pop-up CTAs or banners you not only achieve higher conversions with an improved user experience, but you can analyze their functionality across multiple pages.

3. View of the data forecasting tools
Do you want to know how your income is evolving compared to your sales goals that you have set for a given period of time?

Sales and customer service forecasting software introduces a new engineer database view that enables customized forecasting of performance and pipeline over the course of the month, quarter, and year.

So, in addition to providing detailed monitoring of developments and forecasts, the sales team gains quick visibility into indicators that help track trends.

special-data

Available for Sales Hub and Service Hub.

4. New information in the data quality control center
The Data Quality Control Center shows you an report query and interpretation overview of how data is stored in your HubSpot CRM, and highlights potential issues with your data (properties, records, data sync integrations, workflows), so you can make better decisions.

Specifically, in the Command Center you can view the new information in these two new areas:

Deals and Tickets Properties View

Allows you to track deal and ticket property issues over data on time, as well as contacts and companies.
At-risk and unused workflow trends: Provide constant monitoring of at-risk or unused workflows, with a direct link to take action within the workflows tool.
Functionality available with the Operations Hub license.
