We are transitioning our brand from selling third-party brands to selling our own branded products. That is why we decided to participate in an event in Alicante. Being so close we had nothing to lose.
I have not been there myself, but from what two people on my team have told me, it has been worth it. Many people who knew us from our first phase as an e-commerce site selling third-party products were not aware of the latest changes. It has been an opportunity to get back in touch with many of them and get up to date.

Direct feedback on product catalogue
There were certain questions about our products where we were unsure whether what we were doing really made a difference poland whatsapp number data compared to other competitors. The responses were mixed. Sometimes something we thought was important was not, and vice versa. It was a good opportunity to get more qualitative feedback on how people at the event perceived our product.
Input for making decisions about future products
One thing we’ve done really well is plan according to the osi model ahead. Months ago we ordered samples of possible future products from China to showcase at the event. There we were able to receive feedback that helped us make a decision about launching the next product. We will definitely do this again in this way because the feedback received has been incredibly valuable.
Sales and new customers
The billing part has not been profitable, but I don’t see it in the usa data short term. The new customers that we have been able to attract through this channel will repeat because I see it in the Amazon orders. If they buy once, they repeat. That is why I see more of a long-term effect and possible word-of-mouth marketing. We will be able to measure this in 12 months.
What I’ve been thinking is that it might make sense to hold our own event where we invite people exclusively to sell our products. I’d have to see how and when, but why not…
The event was worthwhile. It met my expectations and confirmed that we need to repeat this type of activity in the future. I’ll keep you posted.
