I’m going full throttle right now. Or full throttle as they say here in Germany… During the week I have little time apart from training, working, eating and sleeping. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I leave work early to tame 12-16 children in football training. I usually end up getting married on the less intense days.
This week I plan to run
More than 115 km to continue with the preparation for the marathon. There are only three weeks left until the race. I can’t believe it. Just thinking about it is tiring me. Tomorrow I have to get up early.

Don’t let small things become big things
In the end this and other things are nothing updated 2024 mobile phone number data out of the ordinary either. Getting up early is not a big deal either. Many people do it. A lot. I am one of them. Sometimes we drown in half a glass of water. Issues that are actually small become big. Because we allow it, not for any other reason.
You can change what you don’t like
I can make the decision at any moment to backtrack. I’m obviously not going to do it. It’s a set of things that I’ve chosen because I want to. Nobody forces me, if I feel bad about it it’s time to change.
Starting the day with something difficult
Tomorrow is the best example but in reality it is any day. I get up early to do exercise. Tomorrow it’s time for series. I’ve set myself something that will cost me a lot. Five series of 5 km below the pace for the marathon. Then it’s time for a Freeletics session. It will be 2.5 hours of exercise right at the start of the day. Afterwards everything will be easy in comparison.
Getting ahead as much as possible
Any time will do. Today in the car on the the knowledge base of these enterprises way to the children’s Spanish classes for parents’ day I wrote an urgent email for my consulting client. You have to make room where sometimes it seems there isn’t any.
Cutting out the unnecessary
Today I was late to two meetings and left another early. It’s not a priori thailand data recommended but if it’s necessary it’s what you have to do. Today my team was there and it wasn’t essential to be there from the start. That time allowed me to finish sending several messages that I had to send to my consulting client.
